Amy helps multi-passionate, empathic superwomen tap into their innate, unshakeable wellbeing through transformative 1:1 and group coaching; yoga and movement; and meditation. With decades of experience as a teacher, facilitator, and coach, and extensive training in a range of embodied practices, it brings Amy great joy to witness clients' transform their minds and bodies and live more fully in deep wellbeing. As a life-long mover, Amy has extensive training in the Integral and Anusara methods of Hatha yoga, a committed study of somatic and functional movement modalities, and a dedicated Vipassana meditation practice. Amy's coached and led practices and workshops for clients in a variety of settings: from yoga studios to schools, colleges and corporate offices, public parks, private homes, retreat centers and beyond. Amy believes strongly that embodied practices and supportive community are essential to our wellbeing as individuals, and collectively.
